There is no call centre. Messages go straight to the team that arranges the cars in Tangier and Chefchaouen, so the person who answers can quote you a price and confirm the vehicle and the pickup in the same conversation. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, but if you would rather not use it, there is a form at the foot of this page and the email address below.

Before you message
Four details that get you a price first time
We can quote almost any route in one reply if the message has enough in it. Without these details the conversation turns into three or four rounds of questions, which is slow for you and slow for us. Copy the list into your first message if it helps.

Your route
Where you are starting and where you want to go, for example Tangier airport to Chefchaouen, or a Chefchaouen day trip and back.

Date and time
The travel date, and either your flight number or the time you would like to leave. Flight numbers let us track delays and adjust pickup.

How many people
Passenger count and roughly how many bags. This decides whether you need the Comfort SUV for up to 4 or the Spacious Van for up to 7.

Anything unusual
Child seats, extra stops for photographs, an early start, or mobility needs. Tell us up front and the quote accounts for it.
Hours and coverage
When we reply, and where we drive
- Messages answered
- 7am to 11pm Morocco time (GMT+1), seven days a week. Most replies land within a few hours. For a trip, please write to us at least three days before you travel.
- Driving hours
- Any hour, including night arrivals at Tangier Ibn Battouta. A 3am pickup costs the same as a midday one.
- Languages
- English, French, Spanish, Arabic. Tell us which you prefer and we match you with a driver who speaks it.
- Based in
- Tangier, Morocco. We are a service-area business with drivers in Tangier and Chefchaouen, so there is no walk-in office.
- Areas covered
- Tangier, TNG airport, Chefchaouen, Asilah, Tetouan and Akchour.
- Payment
- Cash to the driver in euros or dirhams. No deposit, and no card details are taken on this site.
