What is a private transfer and how is it different from a taxi?
A private transfer is a pre-booked door-to-door drive with a licensed driver, fixed price, and a specific vehicle reserved only for you and your group. Unlike street taxis (petits taxis or grands taxis), there is no meter, no haggling, no shared passengers, and the price is confirmed in writing before you travel. The same vehicle and driver handle your whole journey from pickup to drop-off.
Which transfers do you operate from Tangier?
We currently operate two main fixed-price routes from Tangier: (1) Tangier Airport (TNG) to the city, TGV station, medina, or Chefchaouen, from €33. (2) Tangier to Chefchaouen — €95 in a Comfort SUV or €105 in a spacious van. More routes are coming soon — message us on WhatsApp if you need a different destination. All prices are per vehicle, not per person.
How do I book a private transfer?
Send a WhatsApp message with your route, date, time, number of passengers, and (for airport pickups) your flight number and arrival hotel. We reply with the fixed price and driver name, usually within 5 minutes. No deposit, no card details, no app to install.
Do you cover the return trip too?
Yes. Every route runs in both directions at the same fixed price. You can book the return at the same time as the outbound, or arrange it later via the same WhatsApp thread once your plans are confirmed.
How many passengers fit in one car?
Up to 4 passengers in a Comfort SUV (Skoda Kodiaq or similar) with luggage. Up to 7 passengers in a Spacious Van (Ford Tourneo Custom or similar) with more room for bags. The price is per vehicle, so two passengers pay the same as four — group travel splits the cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in euros (EUR) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD), paid to the driver on arrival. We do not take credit cards, prepayment, or app payments. The price quoted on WhatsApp is the price you hand over at drop-off, no surcharges.
Are you licensed?
Yes. All our drivers hold a Moroccan tourism transport license and the vehicles are insured for paid passenger transport. We are a Tangier-based operator, not a freelance peer-to-peer service.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight via the number you provide at booking. If the plane lands late, the driver simply waits at arrivals — no extra charge for the delay. If you're rerouted to a different airport, message us on the same thread and we'll adjust.
